Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 5 to 9 business days after dispatch. Large and life-size sculptures travel by freight and may take longer.

How much is delivery?

United Kingdom: free. European Union: £14.99. International: £23.99.

Will I be charged customs?

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in our prices.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

The pieces

What are the sculptures made of?

Most pieces are cast in resin, some with a chrome, electroplated or hand-painted finish. The material for each piece is listed on its product page.

Can I use them outdoors?

Our sculptures are made for indoor use unless the product page says otherwise.

How do I care for my sculpture?

Dust with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and keep polished finishes out of direct, prolonged sunlight.

Are sizes exact?

Sizes are listed on each product page. As pieces are hand-finished, small variations are normal.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, then you have 14 days to send it back. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email help@silentvilla.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
